Felitendo 161e38b25a ci: add Dev Repo workflow — per-commit unsigned build + devrepo.json source ...

On every push to main, builds an iphoneos-only unsigned IPA via 'make iphoneos' and publishes it plus a freshly generated AltStore source (devrepo.json) to a rolling 'dev' prerelease. Add https://github.com/FTStuff/FTStore/releases/download/dev/devrepo.json as a source in FTStore/Feather to install the latest commit. Optimized: concurrency cancel-in-progress, single platform, SwiftPM cache, pinned Xcode, shallow checkout.
