Felitendo 754c11b749 feat: tag paid tweaks and show every tag on the detail page
Two halves of one thing: the store now has a red "Paid" tag for tweaks that
have to be bought, and an app's detail page shows its tags at all, which it
never did.

Tags are decided in one place. `storeTags` and `StoreTagsView`
(`Views/Sources/Apps/StoreTagView.swift`) build Official, Recommended and Paid,
and the list cell and the detail page both draw from them, so a tag can no
longer appear on one screen and be missing from the other. Only the first two
keep the highlighted "featured" cell background: costing money is a warning,
and giving it the promotional treatment would read as an endorsement.

Prices are set per tweak in the console, both halves of it:

- `pricing` carries `monthly`, `yearly` and `lifetime` plus an optional
currency, and only the tiers that were filled in are published. A blank or a
zero means "not sold", so it is dropped on the way into the feed and never
reaches a device. A missing tier is not a free tier, and the store draws no
  placeholder row suggesting it is.
- `paid` stands on its own, so a tweak can be known to cost money before
anyone has written down what it costs. It gets the tag and no figures.
- Clearing the flag drops the prices with it, so stale numbers cannot outlive
the thing that made them relevant.

The dashboard gets a price popover next to the recommended star; the console
app gets a Pricing section in the tweak editor. Both write the same keys.

Also drops the settings panel's private copy of the tweak config in favour of
the shared type the feed generator reads. The two had already drifted.
