The service worker's STATIC pre-cache list omitted /admin.js and /coverage-outlines.js even though both are loaded from the app shell. Adding them ensures the admin page and the route coverage overlay still work offline (or on a flaky connection). Bump CACHE to v4 so existing installs invalidate the stale list. manifest.json description had ASCII 'Naehe' — replace with 'Nähe'.
