Felitendo 1df69fba0e fix: keep yay out of the repository upgrade and hold back the whole stuck pair
v0.0.16 held the blocking package back in the pacman phase, which worked, but
the AUR phase then failed anyway and took the other seven AUR updates with it.
Two separate causes, both visible in the log of a real run:

yay -Syu resolves the repository upgrade a second time. The pacman phase had
already done it, so the only thing left for yay was the package it had just
stepped around - and this time it arrived as an explicit target, because the
AUR package pinning it wanted it as a dependency. For an explicit target
pacman does not skip an IgnorePkg entry, it asks "install anyway?", and
--noconfirm answers yes. The phase now runs yay with --aur and leaves the
repository side to the phase that owns it.

The dependant was not held back either. It is often an AUR package - a strict
"libpcap=1.10.6" pin on a package yay has an update for - so yay would rebuild
it and pull the blocker in as its dependency, straight back into the conflict.
Both halves of the pair are now held back and reported; only the blocker is
passed to pacman's --ignore, since the dependant has no repository upgrade to
skip.

Also stops a recovered phase from explaining a later one's failure: _hint_for
and _failed_packages used to see the output of every phase, including the
abandoned pacman attempts, whose "could not satisfy dependencies" outranks
almost every other marker. A genuine AUR failure was therefore reported as a
dependency break. Only phases that actually failed are analysed now, and a
pacman phase that recovered returns just the run that installed something.

"""CachyOS Update - Decky plugin backend.
Runs as root (plugin.json declares the "root" flag) and drives pacman, yay,
flatpak and fwupdmgr non-interactively, streaming every output line to the
frontend.
All user-facing wording lives in the frontend (src/i18n.ts). This module only
ever returns stable identifiers - phase ids, hint ids, reason ids - so the UI
can render them in the user's language. Raw command output is passed through
untranslated on purpose: it is the tool's own output.
This file is also runnable standalone for development on a machine without
Decky installed:
python3 main.py --selftest
python3 main.py --check
python3 main.py --update --dry-run
sudo python3 main.py --fix-lock

- Without it, yay wraps each step in `systemd-run -p DynamicUser=yes`,
which replaces the command rather than SysProcAttr and therefore
survives. That is the working path, so keep SUDO_USER unset. It also
means the build directory must stay /var/cache/yay, which systemd
