Pin Jellyfin.Common/Controller/Model to 10.11.6 instead of the 10.*-* wildcard, which always resolved to the latest release (10.11.10). Builds linked against 10.11.10 assemblies made Jellyfin report the plugin as "not supported" (TypeLoadException) on older 10.11.x servers. Building against the documented 10.11.6 floor keeps the DLL forward-compatible with 10.11.6-10.11.10+. Bump version to 1.6.5 and raise targetAbi to 10.11.6.0.
