059969cad6
Spotify refuses volume changes for some remote devices, such as a phone playing over Bluetooth, and says so with supports_volume: false. Moving the player bar's volume then only ended in a "Cannot control device volume" error. The slider and mute button are now disabled for such a device, with a tooltip saying why, and volume keys, media controls and the Winamp sliders no longer send a request Spotify would refuse. Local playback is unchanged. The new tooltip is translated in every catalogue. Fixes #627.
