Carmine Paolino 47fda9fc26 Run one instance at a time
A second launch surfaces the window already open and exits, rather than starting a rival copy: two would mean two Spotify Connect devices with the same name, two MPRIS players for the media keys to disagree about, and two tray icons. On Linux the marker is a D-Bus well-known name requested without queuing, which the bus grants to exactly one process and releases on exit, crash included, and the running instance is surfaced through the MPRIS Raise it already implements. Elsewhere a loopback listener does both jobs: binding is exclusive, and a later launch connects to ask for the window. Both paths live in the executable; nothing shells out.
