hyperpuncher f6ce05b1dd Give Inter tabular figures so time and date labels stop shifting (#562) ...

Inter's proportional digits give "1" about two thirds the advance of "0", so
the player bar elapsed time and every duration and relative date reflow as
their value changes. egui cannot select OpenType features, so freeze Inter's
own tnum into the bundled face, pointing digits, and the comma, period and
colon that sit with them, at the fixed-width .tf glyphs.

The font is otherwise unchanged: names, version, the opsz and wght axes, and
all metrics stay as upstream. assets/fonts/README.md records the source and the
pyftfeatfreeze command to regenerate it, and a theme test fails if the
proportional face returns.
