Carmine Paolino 21f94c2384 Document the interface language and its setting ...

README, Getting started and the translating guide now say that the
interface follows the system language, how Settings > Appearance >
Language overrides it, which catalogue a regional system language uses,
and that Spanish is complete while the other catalogues fall back to
English. The settings reference lists the "language" field and
--demo-language.
