Carmine Paolino 99ce5b43c0 Keep running when there is no audio output to play on ...

With no output device at all, pressing play closed Spotifast. The sink
refused to start, and librespot handles a failed start by pausing. When
that start comes from its playing loop, the loop then carries on as if
the player were still playing, finds it paused, logs "Invalid
PlayerState" and exits the process.

The sink's start now never fails. A device it cannot open is reported by
the first write instead, where librespot also pauses but expects to: the
song stops, the error reaches the interface, and Spotifast stays up to
play on another Connect device. The no-device message is now shown in
the user's language, with translations for every catalogue.
