Carmine Paolino c4fa0421e1 Keep pins above the listener's own order ...

Dragging a playlist put the whole shelf in a custom order and the
pins went dormant, which threw away a distinction worth keeping. The
pinned block now stands whatever orders the rest: dragging into it
pins at the drop, within it reorders the pins, below it unpins; the
rest of the shelf switches between recency and the listener's own
order as before, and the pin menu items are back in both modes.
