Carmine Paolino 2e56d37d29 Ask the Windows runner what the build script actually did
The first listing answered half the question and sharpened the other
half. GLEW is called `libglew32.lib` there, which the build script now
picks up by looking rather than by being told, so that part is settled.
But no projectM library exists anywhere under `target`, and the build
script still finished happily and asked the linker for one.

That should not be possible: the fork looks for what it built and shouts
if there is nothing. So the next thing to read is what the build script
itself printed. Cargo keeps that on disk next to the build, along with
whatever CMake installed, and neither has been looked at because a build
script that succeeds says nothing out loud.

Both come out with the listing now. This goes when Windows is green.
