Carmine Paolino 2e02f3ec64 Finish the built-in skin's windows and press play in ...

Beside Winamp's own skin the built-in one looked unfinished: the
playlist's bottom bar was bare, so the times floated, and the titles
had none of the lines Winamp ran either side of them. The playlist
now has its ADD, REM, SEL, and MISC buttons (painted and quiet, there
being no files to add), the running time in its box, the little
transport, which now works, the song's time in its box, and LIST OPTS;
every title bar has its lines; and the equalizer's labels say +12 db,
+0 db, and -12 db as they did.

Play sits pressed in while the music plays and pause while it waits,
as Carmine remembers it.
