The Web API's collaborative flag stays false for a playlist a friend
shares by invitation, so the app showed those read-only: no Add to
playlist entry, no drop target in the sidebar, no row menu edits.
Spotify's own permission service decorates the rootlist with what the
account may do to each playlist, and can_edit_items there is true for
them. The rootlist fetch now keeps those URIs, and one
App::can_edit_playlist answers the sidebar, the playlist page, and the
Add to playlist menu from ownership, the collaborative flag, or that.

examples/rootlist_probe.rs prints the decoration for the stored account.
