Andrew 1d17b1aefb Draw emoji and symbols instead of tofu (#97) ...

Inter covers Latin, Greek, and Cyrillic, so an emoji or a star in a title arrived as a box. A monochrome Noto Emoji ships with the app, in the app's families and the mini player's marquee, with its OFL text beside it, and the system font probe now also looks for a symbols face and no longer docks emoji and symbol faces for lacking sans in their names.
