Carmine Paolino 125f0525fa Order theme choices before local palettes

List Follow system, Light and Dark before the separator, then the live
Omarchy choice when available and other local palettes. Preserve saved
choices and keep themes limited to colors.

Cover ordering, availability and actual picker selection. All nine
contribution checks and matching Linux light/dark captures pass.
