Use the shared Copilot Triage action for issues and discussions.
Keep project-specific response policy and bounded source context,
reuse cached prompts, and leave model failures in the job summary.

Remove the generated Agentic Workflow and its local helpers. Comment
activity no longer invokes a model; maintainers can reassess manually.
