Every place that names a Telegram channel drew either lucide's Send or SF Symbols' paperplane. Both are outlined planes pointing up and to the right, which reads as "submit" rather than as Telegram. The web side gets two shapes: the full circular mark where the icon stands on its own as a brand, and the plane alone for dense rows where a filled disc would read as a bullet. Both declare evenodd so the knockout does not depend on subpath winding. The three apps get the same plane as a vector asset with template rendering, so it tints from the surrounding colour exactly like a symbol.
