shadcn was never officially initialised (no components.json); the existing ui/* primitives were hand-copied rumps without the New-York variants. This runs `shadcn init` and reinstalls every primitive through the CLI plus the missing ones (sidebar, dialog, tabs, switch, tooltip, sonner, popover, form, scroll-area, dropdown-menu, badge, sheet, skeleton). Etappe 1 of the admin redesign now lands on top of that: - Login + Bootstrap wizard wrapped in shadcn Card with cleaner stepper - Dashboard switched to the shadcn Sidebar block (collapsible, native mobile sheet, tooltip on collapsed icons) - Konfiguration broken into four Cards (API-Schluessel, Suche, Scan-Zeiten, Schwellenwerte) - New TimeInput for scan times: two compact number inputs with a clock icon, replacing the browser-native time picker which looked off-style - Feedback toasts migrated to sonner; old FeedbackToast removed - ThemeSync mirrors prefers-color-scheme onto the .dark class so shadcn v4's `dark:` utilities fire alongside the existing @media-driven CSS variables OIDC, SMTP, Locations and Scanner sections still use the old SettingsGroup styling and will be migrated in Etappe 2.
