Bump version to 1.2.0.0 and update plugin GUID to prevent conflicts with Jellyfin's built-in LrcLib plugin. Add new changelog entries highlighting improved plugin independence, unique task key, and enhanced version management. Update manifest and build files to reflect these changes.
