Felitendo cffa941b80 Start middle-click autoscroll anywhere in a list, with Chromium's speed

A middle press used to start autoscroll only where a row or the list's
background was the topmost widget, so links, buttons and gaps inside a
list ignored it. It now starts anywhere in the innermost scrolling list on
the top layer, except on text fields and on widgets that drag with any
button, such as sliders, scroll bars and panel edges.

Speed, per-axis dead zone, cursors and the hold-or-click choice now follow
Chromium's middle-click autoscroll.
