Carmine Paolino 21070c5eb1 Build through mbx locally and in CI
CI swaps Swatinem/rust-cache for jdx/mr-boxington-action and runs its
compiling steps through mbx, with one cache generation per job because the
action's key carries no job name. Only pushes to main still save. Release
builds drop their compiler cache: mbx's release policy keeps published
binaries independent of outputs restored from an Actions cache. A project
mise.toml gives mise users the pinned toolchain with Cargo wrapped by mbx;
plain cargo still works. The Disk use guidance moves from shared targets
and cargo sweep to one target per worktree or agent, mbx gc, and mbx
explain.

TOML

# Optional: contributors who use mise get the pinned toolchain with builds
# through mbx (https://mr-boxington.jdx.dev). Keep the version in step with
# rust-toolchain.toml. Plain rustup and cargo work without it.
