Carmine Paolino ed9cb550d1 Release 0.12.0
The paused audio device costs nothing (#636), drops on Wayland again,
Turkish (#643), the queue (#598), Add to playlist (#638), volume (#627),
top bar (#624) and personal-app (#634) fixes, every command on Linux,
fastframe's shared scrolling, instance guard and media controls, and the
last of the Fastpotify name. The Nix vendor hash follows the lockfile.
